Today I just finished reading one of the books I bought the other day. It's called, A Brother's Journey, by Richard B. Pelzer. It's a book about a boy who grew up living with child abuse after his older brother David leaves the home. It's kind of like a continuation to the books his older brother David Pelzer wrote, one of which is, A Child Called It. I would definitely recommend all of the books to everyone, but try to read A Child Called It first, because it will help you understand A Brother's Journey much better.
The story is so inspiring to me and really makes you feel very thankful for what you have. It really brings awareness to the reader of child abuse and that it is a very serious matter as well. It's a great book just like his brother's books as well. I would really recommend reading them. It was so nice to sit down and to read something with so much feeling in it. I can't wait to read my other books I got!

Beach Babe

Over the past week my life got to be very chaotic, with interviews, grad review, shooting, and getting a portfolio together. I had put just about my whole portfolio together for grad review and I just wanted to shoot one more editorial fashion shoot to make the portfolio even stronger....not to mention I have always wanted to do a shoot out in the sand dunes in Pismo. So that is exactly what I did! I got my beautiful model (Kassie) to do this for me, had a wonderful friend (shorty) help me out and assist like old times, and we drove off to Pismo. I have never been there before and it was so AMAZING it blew me away!
It was such a fun shoot and I love the pictures! I really hope you guys like them too! There will be more to come soon when I have the chance to edit more. Enjoy!
